"Hotel Fransiskus was one of our favorite stays in Iceland, We had some queries before we reached but Diana at reception was a great help and very respectful and responsive. She made sure to answer all our questions and guide us about the restaurants near by. We had a nice quick chat with her when we reached. The breakfast buffet was good too. We loved our experience here and recommend the place a 100%"

"Got in late after a drive from east Iceland. Staff didn’t spend a lot of time with us or say much. Got to our room and it was clean. Weather was awful but we took a walk. Nice scenery and beautiful location. Breakfast was nice and we left early for nearby adventure. Got a random $7 charge with no explanation the next day. Not a ton of options in area, but overall decent stay. View was amazing."
